By using SAT Game Prep (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian; if you are under 13, a parent or guardian must consent to your account.

2. The Service is free and educational

The Service is a free study aid. Its practice questions, lessons, and score estimates are for learning and are not official test materials or official scores.

3. Not affiliated with the College Board

SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board. The College Board is not affiliated with, and does not sponsor or endorse, this Service. We are an independent, unofficial study tool.

4. Your account

Keep your password confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Don't share accounts or attempt to access others' accounts.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempting to breach security, scrape or overload the system, upload malicious content, harass others, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's content and code are owned by SAT Game Prep or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial study use.

7. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that score estimates predict actual results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAT Game Prep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will post changes here and update the date above. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
